Operations automation

We automate the operational work around a product — orders, payments, invoicing, notifications, queues — so it runs unattended and stops safely when something is wrong.

Problems we work on

  • Orders, payments and invoices reconciled by hand at the end of the day.
  • Webhooks and integrations that fail silently, so problems surface only when a customer complains.
  • Batch jobs that stop halfway and leave records in an unknown state.

What we build

  • Order and payment flows with provider notifications, refunds and reconciliation.
  • E-invoicing integration (Türkiye e-Arşiv) with automatic checks before anything is signed.
  • Job queues and worker fleets for long-running tasks such as rendering or document processing.
  • Health endpoints, alerts by e-mail and Telegram, and deployment gates.

How we make automation reliable

  • Idempotent steps: designed so that a repeated payment notification or a retried job does not charge, invoice or deliver twice.
  • Verified inputs: webhook signatures and amounts are checked against the provider before anything changes state.
  • Reconciliation: orders, payments and invoices are compared automatically, and differences go to a person.
  • Known states: every job is either done, failed with a reason, or waiting — never somewhere in between.

Built for Türkiye’s requirements

Turkish payment, invoicing and data rules are part of the design from the start, not an afterthought.

  • Card payments through iyzico, including hosted payment pages and payment notifications.
  • e-Arşiv invoices prepared automatically from paid orders, including refunds and cancellations.
  • Consent records and data handling designed around KVKK.

What you receive

  1. 01

    Discovery

The current process, its failure points, the systems involved and a written scope.

  2. 02

    Build

The automated flow with failure states, alerts and manual paths, plus tests, in your repository.

  3. 03

    Acceptance

A run against real-shaped data, including forced failures, and a runbook for the team that operates it.

Automation should stop, not guess

Every automated step we build has an explicit failure state, an alert and a manual path. When a check fails, the system stops and tells a person; it does not carry on with a guess.

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect to our existing ERP or accounting system?
Yes, through its API or file exchange. Discovery confirms what the system allows and where a manual step should stay.
What happens when a step fails outside working hours?
It stops in a known state and alerts the responsible person; nothing guesses. Response times are set in the maintenance agreement — we do not offer round-the-clock on-call support.
Do you work with Turkish payment and e-invoicing providers?
Yes. EmlakKlip runs iyzico card payments and automatic e-Arşiv invoicing in production.
Who owns the automation?
Once the related milestone is paid, the code, configuration and documentation are yours and are delivered to your repository. See enterprise engagement.
