Purposes and legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal | Steps prior to entering a contract — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) |
| Protecting the form against spam and abuse | Legitimate interest — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f) |
| Remembering your language choice | Necessary for the service you request |
Retention
Enquiries are kept for 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract with you requires longer retention, and are then deleted.
Processors and international transfers
This website and its form run on Cloudflare’s global network, and enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare database. Our team is told about a new enquiry through Telegram; that notification carries only the enquiry number, country, project type, budget and timeline bands and whether you asked for an NDA — never your name, company, e-mail address or project description. If you write to us by e-mail, the message is kept by our e-mail provider, Hostinger; if you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes that conversation under its own terms. These providers may process data outside Türkiye.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and you can object to processing; under the GDPR you also have the right to data portability. Under KVKK you have the rights listed in Article 11. Write to privacy@zerentechnologies.com or, for KVKK applications, to our registered e-mail (KEP) address necatisezer.zeren@hs01.kep.tr; we answer within 30 days at the latest. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or to your local EU supervisory authority.
