How we work
From analysis to handover, every step in writing
Projects fail on unclear scope more often than on technology. Our process makes scope, decisions and acceptance explicit before code is written, and keeps them visible until handover.
Delivery framework
- 01
Discovery
We map the need, the users, the constraints and the risks. Output: a needs summary and success criteria.
- 02
Scope document
What is in scope, what is out, and how each item will be accepted. Nothing is built before this is agreed.
- 03
Architecture plan
Diagrams, technology decisions with their reasons, data flow and integration points.
- 04
Milestones
Deliverables, demo dates and the payment schedule tied to them.
- 05
Build & test
Regular demos, automated tests and quality gates; progress is visible in your repository.
- 06
Acceptance
Each milestone is tested against the agreed criteria and signed off in writing.
- 07
Handover
Source code in your repository, documentation, runbooks and a knowledge-transfer session.
- 08
Support
The maintenance model you choose, or a clean exit to your own team.
Engagement models
Discovery sprint
A short, fixed-fee engagement that ends with a scope document, an architecture plan and a milestone proposal. The documents are yours to take to any vendor.
Fixed-scope project
Agreed scope, milestones and acceptance criteria. Changes go through a written change request with their impact on time and cost.
Long-term development
Reserved monthly capacity for ongoing product work, with a shared backlog, regular demos and monthly reporting.
