Confidentiality
We sign a mutual NDA before you share project details. Our template is available in English and Turkish, and we can also sign yours.
Contract structure
- A master services agreement (MSA) for the relationship.
- A statement of work (SOW) per project: scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and price.
- Changes in writing, through a change request that states the impact on time and cost.
Governing law is Turkish law by default and open to negotiation; contracts can be in English or Turkish.
Intellectual property
The work we deliver becomes yours when the related milestone is paid. Tools and libraries we owned before the project remain ours and are licensed to you on a non-exclusive basis, so you can use and maintain the delivered system without restriction.
Delivery capacity and continuity
Zeren Technologies is a founder-led engineering business. This is how work is sized, who is responsible, and why your system does not depend on us to keep running.
- One responsible engineer. The founder scopes, builds, reviews and hands over every project; you have one named point of contact from the first call to handover.
- Work sized to deliver well. We take on clearly scoped systems and components delivered in milestones, and we keep the number of parallel projects low so each keeps its schedule. If a timeline does not fit, we say so before you sign.
- No hidden subcontracting. Nobody else works on your project or sees your data without your written approval.
- Quality you can check. Automated tests and quality gates run before anything reaches production, and you accept each milestone against written acceptance criteria.
- Continuity by design. Source code lives in your repository from day one with full history; architecture notes, decision records and runbooks are delivered with the code, and handover includes a knowledge-transfer session. Your team or another supplier can carry the system on without us.
