Solutions
Geospatial & PropTech
We turn cadastral records, terrain models, satellite imagery and points of interest into products people can use: parcel pipelines, map rendering and automated aerial video.
Problems we work on
- Listings and reports that show a parcel as a photo, without its boundary, slope or distance to roads, settlements and the coast.
- Location data from several sources that disagree: cadastre, imagery, roads and points of interest in different coordinate systems.
- Map visuals made by hand for every property, which does not scale beyond a few a week.
What we build
- Parcel data integrations with official cadastral sources, with validation.
- Terrain-aware map rendering with deterministic camera paths and frame-accurate capture.
- Location context: roads, settlements and points of interest, with distances computed by code.
- Provider-independent imagery layers, so a data source can be replaced without rewriting the product.
Getting the data right
In geospatial work most failures are data failures. Every pipeline we build validates its inputs before anything is drawn.
- Geometry is checked for coordinate system, closed rings, self-intersection and a plausible area before it is used.
- Distances and areas are computed by code from validated geometry; language models only phrase them.
- Each source is recorded with its version or checksum, so a result can be traced back to the data that produced it.
Rendering you can repeat
- Camera paths are computed from time, never recorded from a screen, so the same input produces the same video.
- A frame is captured only when map, terrain and imagery are confirmed ready; frames that fail size and integrity checks stop the render.
- Each quality check is tested by forcing the defect it looks for.
- Imagery and terrain providers sit behind one interface; changing one is configuration, not a rewrite.
What you receive
- 01
Discovery
Data sources and their licences, accuracy needs, output formats and a written scope.
- 02
Build
Ingestion and validation pipeline, rendering or analysis, and automated quality checks, in your repository.
- 03
Acceptance
Outputs checked against sample parcels you choose, with a runbook for operating the pipeline.
Proof in production
EmlakKlip turns a land parcel into a cinematic aerial video in minutes, from official cadastre, real terrain and satellite imagery. Read the case study.
Frequently asked questions
- Which data sources can you work with?
- Official cadastral services, terrain models, satellite and aerial imagery, and open map data such as Overture Maps. Each source’s licence is checked in discovery, because it decides what the product may do with the data.
- Do we need drones or site visits?
- Not for the visual products we build: EmlakKlip produces aerial-style video from cadastre, terrain and imagery alone. Where survey-grade accuracy is required, survey data remains the source of truth.
- Can you work alongside GIS products we already license?
- Yes. We build custom applications and automation around existing GIS platforms rather than replacing them.
- Who owns the result?
- Once the related milestone is paid, the code, configuration and documentation are yours and are delivered to your repository. See enterprise engagement.
Typical engagements
- Parcel and property visualisation for listing platforms, agencies and developers.
- Map-based reporting and site analysis tools.
- Automated media generated from location data.
